The one complaint I had is that the resort's Unlimited Connectivity app to make free phone calls/texts did not work for our entire stay. We reserved a Preferred Guest room, which gave a few additional amenities like a private bar/lounge and advanced cabana reservations (very important for me, as I am very sensitive to the sun). It was a wonderful stay, very quaint and peaceful.
